Dean & Associates, LLC was founded to address a need not yet being addressed by many other companies today. We are neither a placement service nor a recruiting service in the traditional sense but rather a networking group that assist our clients in creating office environments that are represented by a diversified workforce. Specifically, we find well qualified women and minorities for key opportunities in the legal profession with some of the counties best law firms and legal professionals. Dean & Associates, LLC has developed strong relationships with several large law firms with offices in major cities across the country. Our relationships with these law firms is our critical link to knowing what opportunities are available and what legal skills sets are needed to fill them. Our goal is to find qualified women and minority candidates and to match those qualified candidates to known clients and available opportunities in those firms/companies. In most cases the hiring needs of these law firms are known to us long before any major recruiting and/or public advertising efforts are initialed by the law firms.
