Dean & Associates, LLC. (D&A) Dean & Associates, LLC. (D&A) is a wholly owned privately held company that was founded by Charles W. Dean, Esq. The team Mr. Dean has assembled at Dean & Associates, LLC includes more than 17 years in recruiting experience with at least 8 years of legal recruiting experience. Our team understands the legal profession and has mastered the art of finding and matching attorneys with law firm employment opportunities.

Mr. Dean served several years in the United States Marine Corps and has been active in business and information technology consulting since 1972. He has the following degrees from The American University: Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Computer Systems and a Masters of Science Degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Computer Systems Applications and Management Information Systems. Mr. Dean also has a Juris Doctorate with a focus on Law and Technology from The American University Washington College of Law.

In addition to Mr. Dean’s role as president of Dean & Associates, LLC, Mr. Dean is also the Chairman & CEO of Science & Technology Solutions, Inc. (STS, Inc.). STS, Inc. is a minority owned business that is certified by the Small Business Administration as an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged and Veteran Owned Business. STS, Inc. provides Information Technology (IT) support to a wide range of clients: federal, state and local governments, commercial businesses, technical support for law firm cases dealing with computer technology and non-profit organizations. Mr. Dean also serves as a board member and advisor to a service disabled veteran owned business.

Mr. Dean is also an adjunct professor at two local universities: George Mason University where he teaches in the School of Management; and, at Strayer University where he teaches information technology courses in the Computer Science Department and business law courses in the Business Department.
