All of the information entered into the Legal Experience Profile System (LEPS) will be handled with the strictest confidentiality. Dean & Associates, LLC will only use the information from the legal profile you create to determine if your background and legal experience is compatible with the needs of any of our clients. When we determine there is a possible match you will be contacted by a member of our staff to request permission to show your profile information to a client that we believe you might compatible with. Upon receiving a signed release from you, Dean & Associates, LLC. would discuss your profile with the client. This process would be repeated each time an opportunity matched your profile information.
