Dean & Associates, LLC has developed strong business relationship with
several law firms which provide us access to knowledge of employment
opportunities for women and minority attorneys. The stated agenda for
most of our clients is to create a workforce environment that
contains diversity and is representative of the world we live in today.
There are three basic methods for firms to work with Dean & Associates, LLC:
(1) Retained Searches - Via the Retained Search process the law
firms provide Dean & Associates, LLC with an exclusive arrangement
for us to find and fill selected positions at the law firm for
an agreed upon fee for a selected period of time. The firm pays Dean & Associates, LLC
a monthly fee to be off-set from the fee due at the time of candidate placement.
(2) One-Offs Searches - Via the One-Offs Search process firms engage
Dean & Associates, LLC with the requirements for a specific attorney
with unique experience in a particular practice area. Upon finding the
proper candidate for the position Dean & Associates, LLC with coordinate and schedule meetings
between the firms and candidate. If the candidate is hired the firm will pay
Dean & Associates, LLC the agreed upon fee.
Dean & Associates, LLC provides a significant benefit to our clients
by building a network of information regarding qualified women and minority
attorneys from which qualified candidates can be selected on an as needed basis.

candidate with firms.
