Mission Statement
Our mission at Dean & Associates, LLC is to find
and match women and minority attorneys to several
law firms. These law firms are large and well
established firms who have looked at their work
force and determined that they need diversity,
i.e. to include more women and other minorities
into their firms so that they are both culturally
diverse and more representative of the America we
live in.
Presently, their system of looking for and finding good minority
candidates is not working and therefore not addressing their
current needs and desires to bring in talented women and
minority lawyers. Dean & Associates LLC has created a
network of contacts and communications and technology
based tools which allow us to find talented minority
lawyers to match with law firms who are seeking attorneys
with legal experience in a wide range of legal practice areas.
Originally, we were only looking for lawyers with 5 to 10
years of legal experience and that still is a major focus.
But, some of the firms have indicated that they would also
like to see candidates with 3 to 5 years of actual legal
experience as well.
